Contexts—not case studies with miracle metrics

Below are anonymised sketches of how UK organisations have used our pause formats. They describe logistics and tone—not proof of productivity gains.

How we describe outcomes to procurement teams

We quote in GBP excluding VAT where applicable, confirm headcount caps, and set out cancellation terms up front. We do not attach implied NHS endorsement or guaranteed staff wellbeing scores—those would mislead reviewers and advertising platforms.

Logistics coordination hub

Forty-five people dialled in before a winter peak. We offered three pauses across a morning: two seated, one optional standing. Managers asked for written prompts afterwards; we supplied a one-page PDF without branding clutter.

Community clinic admin cluster

Twelve staff between patient-facing blocks. Sessions stayed under eight minutes; chairs remained optional, and nobody was asked to share feelings aloud.

Remote design guild

Cameras-off friendly. We used a shared on-screen timer so people in four time zones could follow without staring at a facilitator thumbnail.
