1. Organisational structure
Viphnoreeuzli delivers facilitated wellbeing pause sessions primarily to UK-based organisations. Our supply chain is limited and consists mainly of cloud hosting, communications tools, transport, and venue hire.
2. Applicability of the statutory duty
The statutory reporting threshold under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 is linked to turnover. If the operator is below that threshold, this page serves as a voluntary transparency statement. If the operator exceeds the threshold, a board-level (or equivalent) approved statement should be uploaded annually and the operator should register publication on the government registry when required by law.
3. Policies and due diligence
We do not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking in our operations or supply chains. We expect suppliers to comply with UK law, treat workers fairly, and maintain appropriate safeguards. Serious concerns may be reported to supportcenter@viphnoreeuzli.world.
4. Training
Staff and facilitators who engage suppliers receive guidance on spotting and escalating modern slavery risks at onboarding and when procurement processes change.
5. Review
This statement will be reviewed at least annually or sooner if material risks change.
