1. Services and information
Website content describes mindful pause facilitation services in general terms. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice. Participation in any session remains voluntary.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content in a way that degrades performance, or upload malware. We may suspend access where abuse is detected.
3. Intellectual property
Text, layout, graphics, and downloadable outlines are owned by Viphnoreeuzli or licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution for non-commercial reference; otherwise request written permission.
4. Third-party links and embeds
Maps or fonts may be supplied by third parties. Their terms apply to those elements. We are not responsible for third-party availability.
5. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free content.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Viphnoreeuzli is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. For business users, total liability arising from site use in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for services directly linked to the claim, or one hundred pounds sterling if no fees were paid.
7. Consumers and the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Where you contract with us as a consumer (an individual acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory law. If you are unsure whether you are a consumer, seek independent advice.
8. Alternative dispute resolution
If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute internally, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an approved alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) provider. We are not currently obliged to be a member of a specific ADR scheme, but we will provide relevant information if regulations applicable to our sector require it.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to mandatory rules that cannot be contractually waived, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
