Two facilitators, one shared dislike of noise

We publish names because accountability matters. We avoid glossy bios—here is what we actually do on session days across the United Kingdom.

Mara Elling

Leads pacing, consent language, and closing reflections. Former adult literacy tutor; now focuses on breath-led pauses that do not require belief systems.

Based at Cooperage Farm sessions.

Jonah Pike

Handles logistics, tech checks, and accessibility requests ahead of time. Background in live event production; keeps microphones, lighting, and backup links reliably dull—in a good way.

Remote-first setups.

On-site safeguarding. For visits to schools or care settings we follow each host organisation’s code of conduct and safeguarding requirements as written into the booking contract, and we do not work unaccompanied with children or vulnerable adults outside the agreed scope of the session.

Professional boundaries

We are not HCPC-registered therapists. If a participant needs clinical support, we signpost to appropriate NHS or private services and pause facilitation until safety is clarified.
